Men's Basketball: Tickets for Games
at Pitt, Xavier Available
Youngstown --
The Youngstown State Athletic Department Ticket office has a limited
number of tickets available for the YSU men’s basketball games at Xavier on Nov.
13 and at Pittsburgh on Nov. 28 for Penguin Club members and basketball
season-ticket holders. They will go on sale beginning Monday, Nov. 2. Tickets
are only available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Coach Jerry Slocum's team takes on
two NCAA Tournament teams in the
first month of the season.
Tickets for the
Penguins game against Xavier are $31
while tickets for the contest at
Pittsburgh are $32. Xavier won 27
games last season advancing to the
NCAA Regional Semifinals, where it
lost to Pitt. The Panthers won 31
contests before losing to Villanova
in the Regional Finals.
The contest
against the Musketeers is set for
7:30 p.m. while the game against the
Panthers is set to tip at Noon. Both
games are being televised.
