> Location
The Youngstown State Athletic Ticket Office is located on the second level of
the North end of Stambaugh
Stadium. The Ticket Office is easily accessible through the red doors near the F7
parking lot, which is accessed from Fifth Avenue.
Parking spaces just outside the doors are
designated specifically for ticket office patrons.

Men's and Women's Basketball
> Hours of Operation
- Regular hours: Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Special hours: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. during the
week of a home football game
- Saturday home football games: 8 a.m. until
90 minutes prior to kick-off. At that time,
ticket sales will move to ticket booths
surrounding the stadium.
> Purchasing Tickets
Tickets can be purchased in person at the YSU
ticket office during normal business hours or by mailing or faxing your
ticket order form to the ticket office. Tickets can also be
charged-by-phone at 330-941-1YSU. General admission tickets can be purchased online by
CLICKING HERE. Orders
phoned in less than 10 days prior to the game will be left in the
customer's name in the Athletic Ticket Office until 90 minutes before
the game.
> Method of Payment
The Ticket Office accepts cash, checks, money orders, or credit cards as
method of payment for all season ticket or single game orders. Visa,
Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Payment must be made in full at
the time of the order. Credit card payment will not be accepted at the
ticket booths. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, no
exchanges, no returns.
> Will Call
On football gamedays, the Will Call booth is the Northwest most Ticket
Booth (near Gate B) outside Stambaugh Stadium. Visiting Will Call is located at
the ticket booth outside of the East stands (Gate E).
On basketball gamedays, the Will Call
booth is located in the Southeast corner of the arena.
> Unauthorized Ticket Sales
The sale or resale of tickets on YSU property is strictly prohibited and
subject to prosecution.
> Lost/Stolen Tickets
Remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like
cash. If your tickets are lost or stolen, call 330-941-1YSU for
assistance.
> Guests with
Disabilities
Arrangements may be made through the YSU Athletic Ticket Office to
accommodate fans who require special seating. Accessible seats and
spaces for wheelchairs and companion seats are available.
